"Hey! What are you doing" "Um nothing! My hand just hit to your bag" I cached a thief wile he was trying to open my backpack. I found a police officer and pointed the thief to him. The officer said if I insist we could go to the police station. He also said that the law system doesn't not do anything to people who are caught while they were only attempting to steal. I should have waited until he grab the money from my backpack and run away...
