This morning my neighbor at downstairs had a chance to meet me... Guess why? (Hint: His dog starts crying each Saturday and Sunday at 8 AM.)

barking noise awake tired early morning bed sleeping apartment neighbor
(I made this one while I was in Atlanta.) My neighbor downstairs is very loud and noisy. I asked her if she could keep it down she said we should live like an artist community. (I believe she means "loud" with the artist community.) Only thing is she is not an artist.
